Room of electroerosion machines, for hard to made engravings and to erode the inner part of PB-males.

We supply PB-males with a high % Carbide-Tungsten covering (HVOF) as well as with other Ni-Cr alloys coverings.

We manufacture neck rings made from cast iron or bronze and with all type metalizing (as designated by the custom) made with plasma transfer equipment.

To obtain a perfect cooling, the Verti Flow holes have to be perfect. (Detail: Deep hole machine)

To avoid the tensions produced by the temperature of the mould on the welding process,we apply a thermal treatment.
