Moulds and Accessories

Our activity is based on the manufacture of moulds and accessories
for the production of all types of bottles and jars.

MOULDS

The moulds manufacturing is the basis of our activity.

We have a very large experience in all kind of moulds, since 4 ml until 2000 ml, from pharmacy bottles to perfume and high quality bottles.

We are in continuous development investing in our processes in order to improve and further expediting the delivery terms and optimize the prices.

PB PLUNGERS

More than 30 years that we manufacture PB plungers in different qualities:

Full-Colmonoy 45 HRC or 60 HRC (Ni-basis) coating
Coated with tungsten carbide Diamalloy 2002
Coated with Colmonoy 88…

For the coating we use the most advanced technology. We project the powder with the process HVOF (High Speed) of the Diamond Jet machine from Sulzer Metco.

Projection speed is 1800 km / h. So we obtain a perfect surface with no micropores, and the particles release is one-third of the resulting particle release with the traditional method. The result is a very lower glass pollution.

NECKRINGS

In Mopavid we also produce neckrings, both in cast iron and in bronze, without metalized areas or metallized, and always following the specifications of our customers.

For more complex forms we have our EDM machines.
